**Refund Policy**
At J&S Custom Leather Co, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products.
Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all custom orders are **final sale** and are not eligible for refunds.
For non-custom items:
* Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery
* Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
If there is an issue with your order (defect, damage, or incorrect item), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will make it right.
We do not offer refunds for:
* Custom or personalized items
* Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
Approved returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit.
